The vast majority of messages we get are about the app itself — something didn't render, a Pro entitlement isn't unlocking, an edit got stuck mid-generation. Send those to support and we'll take it from there. Include your iOS version, device model, and a screenshot if you can — it saves a round-trip.

If you already know you want your account deleted, the in-app flow is the fastest path — open Dripp, head to Settings → Privacy → Delete account. You can also use the self-serve form at /dsar if you'd rather start in the browser.

We're a small team and we'd rather spend our reply budget on real users than on the categories below. If you fit one of these and message us anyway, expect silence — it's not rudeness, it's triage.
