Accepting these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Daniel Jurma, the individual developer of the Dripp iOS application and the trydripp.com website (together, the “Service”).
By installing, opening, or using Dripp, you confirm you’ve read and agreed to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy, which is part of this agreement. If anything here doesn’t work for you, the fix is simple: don’t install Dripp, and delete it if you already have.
Who you’re dealing with
Dripp is built and operated by Daniel Jurma, an individual indie developer. There’s no company, no team — just me. Throughout these Terms, “Dripp”, “I”, “me”, and “my” all refer to the same person.

Eligibility — 18+ only
You must be at least 18 years oldto use Dripp. By using it, you confirm you’re 18 or older.
To protect minors, Dripp performs automated server-side age estimation on faces in every uploaded image. Faces that read as minors are rejected, the request is discarded, the model output is never returned, and no credit is consumed.
You won’t use Dripp on behalf of anyone under 18, share your account with a minor, or upload photos of minors for editing. Letting a minor use your account is a breach of these Terms and I may suspend or terminate access.
What Dripp does
Dripp is an AI photo editor built for outfit and fit photography. You can:
- clean and replace backgrounds;
- recolor garments and accessories;
- enhance details, fabric, and lighting;
- apply style presets and editorial looks;
- save personal recipes and reapply them across shots;
- share the finished image to your camera roll or socials.
Some features are gated behind Dripp Pro, and I may add, remove, gate, or change any feature at any time. When a change materially affects paying users, I’ll do my best to give reasonable notice.
Account & device integrity
Dripp uses Sign in with Appleas the primary login. You’re responsible for keeping access to the Apple ID you use — if you lose it, you lose access to your Dripp account.
To protect the Service, every state-changing request is bound to a verified device using Apple’s App Attest attestation. Requests from devices that fail attestation — jailbroken devices, simulators pretending to be production hardware, replayed attestations — may be throttled, refused, or banned without notice.
You agree not to share your account, transfer it, or let anyone else sign in as you. Activity on your account is treated as yours.
What you can’t do with Dripp
The following are prohibited, and any of them is grounds for immediate suspension or termination:
- uploading photos of any person under 18;
- uploading photos of another person without that person’s informed consent;
- generating or sharing NSFW, sexual, or otherwise explicit content;
- creating deepfakes or synthetic likenesses of real identifiable people without their explicit, revocable consent — celebrities included;
- uploading content that infringes anyone’s intellectual property — copyrighted photography, trademarks, brand logos, or garment patterns you don’t have the right to remix;
- using Dripp output for hate, harassment, doxxing, defamation, extortion, fraud, election manipulation, or anything illegal in your jurisdiction or mine;
- scraping, mirroring, redistributing, or reselling Dripp output;
- automating, scripting, or machine-driving the editor — Dripp is for humans editing their own photos;
- reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise extracting source code, model weights, prompts, or pipelines;
- bypassing App Attest, rate limits, content filters, payment enforcement, or any abuse-prevention measure;
- using Dripp to train, fine-tune, or distill any other AI model.
Your photos, your rights
Your photos stay yours. Edits stay yours.
You keep all rights in the photos you upload (“Your Content”) and in the edits Dripp produces. I don’t claim ownership of any of it.
To actually run the editor for you, you grant me a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license strictly to operate the Service — upload, transmit, decode, process, transiently store, return, and deliver to your camera roll the photos and edits in question. The license ends when the operation ends.
The following are not granted, ever:
- no license to train, fine-tune, or distill any AI model on Your Content;
- no license to use Your Content in marketing, advertising, social posts, or App Store screenshots;
- no license to sublicense, resell, or syndicate Your Content to any third party, except the sub-processors strictly necessary to operate the Service and listed by name in the Privacy Policy.
You’re responsible for making sure you have the right to upload and edit every photo you put into Dripp.
The bits that belong to me
The Service — the Dripp mobile app, the trydripp.com website, the Dripp name and wordmark, the cursive lowercase dripglyph and related brand marks, the design system, the editor pipelines, the prompt library, the orchestration code, and all related documentation — is owned by me (or my licensors) and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
I grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Dripp app on devices you own or control, solely as the Service is intended to be used. No other rights are granted by implication or otherwise.
Dripp Pro — subscriptions & billing
Dripp Pro is sold and billed by Apple as an in-app purchase. Pricing varies by App Store region and is shown in your local currency at checkout. Once a trial converts, your subscription auto-renews at the end of each billing period at the then-current price for that region, until you cancel.
You can cancel any time from Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad. Cancellation stops the next renewal; it doesn’t refund the current period.
Full details — trial mechanics, family sharing, renewal windows, grace periods, price-change notices — live on the /subscriptions page.
Refunds go through Apple
All payments for Dripp Pro are processed by Apple under your Apple Media Services agreement. That means Apple — not me — is the party able to issue refunds for App Store purchases.
To request a refund, use Apple’s “Report a Problem” flow at reportaproblem.apple.com and select the Dripp purchase you want refunded. I can sometimes help proxy a request or vouch for your case with Apple, but I can’t reverse the charge myself and I don’t hold your payment instrument.
Where local consumer-protection law gives you a stronger refund right than what Apple offers (e.g. the EU 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts where it applies), those rights continue to apply on top of this section.
Availability, changes & beta features
I provide the Service on a best-effort basis. I may schedule downtime for maintenance, throttle abusive usage, change or sunset features, or pull Dripp from specific regions for legal or operational reasons. For material changes affecting paying users, I’ll try to give reasonable notice in-app or by email.
Some features may be marked BETA, LIMITED, or EXPERIMENTAL. Those are offered as-is, may behave inconsistently, may be changed or removed without notice, and may not appear in every region.
Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS-IS” AND “AS-AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
AI outputs are probabilistic. I don’t guarantee that any specific edit will preserve identity, garment fidelity, color accuracy, fabric texture, aesthetic intent, or any other subjective quality. Two runs of the same prompt on the same image may produce different results.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MY AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF: (a) THE AMOUNTS YOU ACTUALLY PAID ME IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR (b) ONE HUNDRED EUROS (€100).
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, I AM NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, LOST GOODWILL, OR THE COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY AND EVEN IF I WAS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence are not affected by this section. If you’re an EU/EEA/UK/Swiss consumer, nothing here excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold me harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your misuse of the Service, including any violation of section 06; or (c) content you uploaded that you did not have the right to upload — for example, photographs of another person you didn’t have permission to edit.
Term & termination
These Terms remain in effect while you have Dripp installed or are using the Service. I may suspend or terminate access — immediately and without notice if necessary — if you breach these Terms, if your account shows abuse, fraud, or chargebacks, if I am required to by law, or if continuing to provide the Service to you would put other users or the Service itself at risk.
You can terminate these Terms at any time by deleting the Dripp app and closing your account in-app via Settings → Privacy → Delete account, or by submitting a deletion request at /dsar. Sections that should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law) survive.
Governing law & disputes
These Terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of Romania (my country of residence), without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live as a consumer.
If you’re a consumer resident in the EU, you may bring proceedings before the courts of your country of residence, as permitted by EU law.
The European Commission provides an online dispute-resolution platform for EU consumers at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. I’m not currently obligated to participate, but you’re welcome to use it.
Apple-specific terms
To the extent you obtained Dripp through the Apple App Store, the following apply in addition to the rest of this agreement, and where they conflict, prevail:
- these Terms are between you and me only, not with Apple Inc.; Apple is not a party to this agreement;
- Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for Dripp;
- in the event of any failure of Dripp to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the applicable purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to a warranty are my sole responsibility;
- you and I acknowledge that Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance Apple will have the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
Changes to these Terms
I may update these Terms from time to time — to reflect product changes, new features, or legal changes. When I do, I’ll bump the effective date at the top of this page. Older versions live in git history.
For material changes that affect paying users or your rights, I’ll give reasonable advance notice in the app or by email before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the new effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
