Pursuant to §36 of the German Act on Alternative Dispute Resolution in Consumer Matters (Verbraucherstreitbeilegungsgesetz — VSBG), we are required to state whether we participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle). We are not obliged to and do not participate in such proceedings.

As a service provider, Daniel Jurma PFA is responsible for its own content on these pages in accordance with general laws. We are not, however, obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, or to investigate circumstances that point to illegal activity.
Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general laws remain unaffected by this. Liability in this respect is only possible from the point in time at which we become aware of a specific infringement. Reproduction, editing, distribution, public communication or any form of commercialisation of such material beyond the limits of copyright law requires the prior written consent of the respective author or creator.
